I'm Alem Mešanović
Founder & Operations Consultant based in Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on improving processes, workflows, and operational performance.
I founded Struktura Consulting after building my career in international environments where structure, coordination, and reliable execution directly shape operational performance.
My background combines process optimization, digital transformation, project management, and business analysis. Through roles at Accenture, Deutsche Bahn Cargo, and LAM Research, I have worked across a range of sectors, among them the public sector, transport, and manufacturing.
I take a direct approach by understanding how work actually happens, identifying what slows it down, and turning those findings into clear priorities and practical changes.

My role: Process Optimization Lead
CHALLENGE
The goal of this project was to improve an existing manufacturing process limited by sequential workflow steps, long waiting times, and constrained production capacity.
APPROACH
I analyzed the current operation, mapped the end-to-end workflow, identified key bottlenecks, and developed optimized process scenarios. Lean principles, process modeling, and analytical validation were used to test and refine the proposed improvements.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
The project resulted in a redesigned workflow projected to deliver faster cycle times, stronger throughput, better use of resources, and a more scalable production setup.
